I found this humorous nats comic at another nats blog. Take a look: http://www.ball-wonk.com/archives/2006/05/charles_schulz.html

I am the Nats No. 1 fan here in Asheville, NC. Having grown up on the old Washington Senators (both teams) I was ecstatic when D.C. was awarded the team. I was able to see a couple of the Nats - Cubs games on WGN and I saw all 4 of the Cincinnati games on Fox Sports South, and I get to see most of the Nats-Braves games (I hope to get down to Atlanta to see a game or two the end of June.

After we lost the Senators the second time, I eventually bacame a huge Oriole fan - it took awhile - but now they’re my second favorite team.
And going to a game in Camden Yards is an event in itself.

When I was able to also go to games at RFK (I used to live just 3 miles from there, prior to moving to Hagerstown 12 years ago) I realized what a dinosaur that park is for baseball. But I was glad it was available so the team would have a place to play. I’m looking forward to the new ball park in 2008 and plan to make a visit to D.C. sometime next spring or summer.

We moved from Hagerstown to Asheville just a year ago. I’m gratified to know my old minor league team - the Hagerstown Suns - is now a farm club of the Nationals. The Suns are also in the same league (low A South Atlantic League) as my new favorite minor league team, the Asheville Tourists.

I am amazed and saddened at the negativity of many of the blogs I read concerning the Nats, some of its players, baseball in general, etc. I would like to see more positive, insightful, etc. comments that would lift up , rather than tear down.
    Thanks.
