Pink Bats on Sunday...

So many teams and players will be using pink bats on mother's day to raise money for breast cancer research. i tend to like the idea - it should bring a playful spirit to the games on sunday and provide some good PR for baseball and breast cancer. In addition, they will auction the bats on MLB.com to raise money for breast cancer. Well Mothers day has come and gone and the idea seemed to be a good one. I believe there were some game winning...or at least big hits from players that were using the pink bats at the time. This will help the pieces sell for more to help raise more money.

Was an interesting idea, don't think I've seen anything like it before. The players wearing the pink wrist bands especially stood out.

Yeah, i really liked the idea. Was a nice subtle reminder to think of our mothers and other women we care about during the game. Nice work MLB.

my friend bought the womens pink hoodie for me.  Not only is it in pink, but its the wrong sizelarger than what I normally.  ;-

If there was a womens hoodie in blue, then I would buy one in the right size
